public class TimeBinaryDecoder
extends AbstractDataDecoder

Can be used in BinaryParameterEncoding to decode binary data directly to absolute times

Unlike the pure XTCE based decoder, this one can use a time correlation service to convert between an on-board time and Yamcs time.
